Who We Are and Our Licence

Eligibility to Play

To use OLG Online Casino, you must reside in Ontario and be physically located within the Province of Ontario every time you play. We require players to be at least 18 years old to purchase lottery products and at least 19 years old to access our online casino games and PROLINE+ sports betting. We do not permit access to individuals listed on the AGCO exclusion list, players registered with My PlayBreak, or those who have self-excluded from our services. We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time, including through FINTRAC-compliant checks.

Account Registration

• We do not allow a card to be removed for 24 hours after use, or while your cash balance is 1,000 CAD or more
• We trigger a FINTRAC electronic identity check for deposits of 3,000 CAD or more, and we block further deposits until your identity is verified
• We apply rolling deposit limits: increases take seven days to take effect, while decreases apply immediately

We do not charge deposit fees; however, your card issuer may treat credit card deposits as cash advances, which can carry separate charges.

Withdrawals

Our minimum olg withdrawal amount is 2 CAD, and there is no maximum on a single request; smaller withdrawal amounts require you to contact our Player Support team. We process one successful withdrawal request per day, reviewing and approving each submission daily. We only pay withdrawals via electronic funds transfer in Canadian dollars to a verified bank account held personally in your name — no other payout method or currency is available through OLG Online Casino. We do not charge withdrawal fees. If a withdrawal verification request is not completed within 72 hours, it will close automatically and you will need to restart the process.

We typically verify bank accounts within five business days. An unverified account can be removed at any time, and you may restart verification. We also verify your identity to meet FINTRAC regulations, and we offer an Express Verification option using a government ID photo and a selfie. Once approved, we process withdrawals within one to three business days, after which funds generally reach your bank within one to five business days, subject to your bank's own processing times.

Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a range of promotions across our casino, lottery, and sports betting products. New players who bet 25 CAD on casino games within 14 days of signing up receive a 250 CAD olg casino bonus, subject to 10x wagering requirements and a 14-day expiry to convert to cash. From time to time, we run rotating promotions, including our current site-wide offer of 15 bonus prizes of 1,000 CAD every day. If you receive an olg promo code or olg bonus code, please note that all Bonus Funds carry a notional value only, may be restricted to specific games and time periods, and may expire. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or remove any bonus at any time. We do not currently provide an olg no deposit bonus; all promotions require a qualifying deposit or wager. One hundred percent of OLG profits are returned to the Province of Ontario.
